Mr. Barkan has a proven track record as a successful entrepreneur.
Dr. Adrian Harel- (CEO)
Dr. Adrian Harel joined Meditor in 2008. He combines a broad scientific education with extensive industry experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Neurobilogy, from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and was a postdoctoral at Washington University Dr. Harel many years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry (Interpharm, Proneuron, JBC, Heal-Or, Sepal Pharma and Molecular Cytomics). Dr. Harel has extensive Drug research & develpment know-how and GMP production and manufacturing knowledge.
Dr. Shimon Amselem - GMP Manufacturing Senior Advisor
Dr. Shimon Amselem is a renowned expert of the Israeli pharma industry with over 20 years of managerial and professional experience. Dr. Amselem, holds Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacology.Dr. Amselem served key positions in several international pharmaceutical companies including Nova Pharmaceutical Corp., Baltimore, MD; Abello SA, Madrid, Spain. Dr. Amselem successfully lead preclinical and full development plans for new drug candidates. He was in charge of the entire drug development processes and all CMC and DMPK activities, including synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), formulation development, biopharmaceutics, bioavailability, bioanalytics, toxicity, pharmacokinetics, metabolism, GMP manufacturing of API and final dosage forms, and production of clinical trial material for human studies.
Mr. Nir Neustein CPA (VP Finance)
Mr. Neustein serves as CFO at Aminolab Ltd., were he is responsible for financial and operational activities and joined Meditor in 2008. Prior to joining Meditor, Mr. Neustein served at Ace Markeitng Chains and at Fahn Kanne (Grant Thornton Israel). Mr. Neustein is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Israel) and holds an MBA degree from the Management College in Israel.
Ms. Natali Blumenthal (Administration Manager)
Ms. Blumenthal joined Meditor in 2002 and is responsible for documentation QA, and all administration and operating activities. Ms. Blumenthal holds a degree in Business Administration from the Buenos Aires University.
